Because we value you, our customer, we have implemented our “Honesty Policy”. Our Honesty Policy guarantees that we are honest in our findings after inspecting your vehicle. The Honesty Policy also states Bullen Automotive will not recommend parts or services that aren’t damaged or needed, and we are a ‘No-Pressure’ sales automotive repair facility. We take the Honesty Policy very serious and once saved a customer £600 by informing him the work he required was still under warranty.
